These Terms & Conditions apply to all travel services provided by Tropical Gateways (“we”, “us”, “our”). By booking with us, you agree to the following:
01. Bookings & Payments
A deposit is required to secure your reservation. Full payment must be made before the tour start date unless otherwise agreed.
02. Cancellations & Refunds
– Cancellations made 30+ days before arrival may be eligible for a partial refund.
– Cancellations within 30 days may incur full or partial charges depending on hotels and service providers.
– No-show bookings are non-refundable.
03. Travel Documents
You are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, and travel insurance. We can offer guidance.
04. Itinerary Changes
We reserve the right to adjust itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control. Equivalent alternatives will be provided.
05. Liability
We work with third-party hotels, transport providers, and activity partners. While we ensure quality, we are not responsible for incidents outside our control.
06. Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit for travel. Any special health conditions must be communicated in advance.
07. Complaints
Any issues should be reported immediately so we can resolve them promptly.
08. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
